Our process begins with a preliminary free ballpark quote, if interested after that point we then offer to get a set of drawings for a non contractural amount of $600, that will be necessary to firm up a quote and ultimately for permitting. Once we've gotten a set of drawings we'll spend some time with you and our designer to tweak and perfect the drawings. From there we will get you a firm quote and can start the official process. The next steps for the official process is submitting for permitting, most cities take 1-2 weeks to approve a basement permit--After we have received our permit we will begin on the build phase which will typically take between 4-6 weeks depending on the size and complexity.
